Welcome To Sri Vijaya Ganapathi Swamy Devasthanam
With Sri Vijaya Ganapathi Swamy's Grace, the village worshipers have experienced grand successes in their undertakings. Devotees are bestowed with health, wealth and content. Sri Ganapathi being the Deity of Wisdom ( Buddhi Devatha), student devotees are blessed with excellence in their education. History Inspired by ‘Gramo Rakshati Rakshitaha’ – village nurtures and protects those who nurture and protect it, youth of Muchivolu Village, Andhra Pradesh, have initiated Manavoori Seva Samithi (MaSS), a sociology-economic-cultural organization for holistic development of the village. MaSS works on providing services in the fields of Health, Educational, Cultural, Spiritualistic and Economic development for the village and nearby villages. Focusing on spiritual aspect, MaSS has initiated into renovating temples in the village. Since 1984, Vinayaka Chaturthi celebrations and Daily Pooja's are performed in Sri Vijaya Ganapathi temple, Muchivolu. There is a strong belief that Health, Education & Agricultural activities in the village have improved significantly by the blessings of Lord Vijaya Ganapathi. This faith and experience has inspired the villagers to construct the temple with a budget of rupees 3.0 Crores in a 5.0 acres land donated by the villagers. The constructions of Vimana Gopuram and Maha Mandapam are in progress. We have a plan to have Maha Kumbabishekam Pooja this year. Our vision is to make this temple a center for spiritual, cultural, health, educational and economic activities of the village. We sincerely hope with the blessings of Lord Vijaya Ganapathi and the unstinted co-operation and financial support from devotees, friends and well wishers, we shall succeed in our spiritual, social and cultural endeavors. | Current Events
