According to the Shastras, after Prana Pratishta of Sri Vijaya Ganapathi Swamy, it is customary to worship the Sri Vijaya Ganapathi with the full rigor of offerings and rituals. However, in order to attain the eligibility to conduct such offerings and rituals, the Mandala Abhishekam must be performed after 40 days from the Maha Kumbhabhishekam day.
